Saudi Arabia is at a critical stage of its comprehensive digital transformation driven by its "Vision 2030." As the largest economy in the Middle East, Saudi Arabia is vigorously promoting smart city construction, fintech innovation, and the digitalization of public services. The demand for high-security identity authentication and intelligent attendance management continues to rise in sectors such as government, finance, healthcare, education, and enterprise security, leading to a continuous expansion of biometric technology application scenarios.
During the visit, the Saudi clients, accompanied by HFSecurity CEO Mike and the technical team, toured the company's product showroom and experienced firsthand the company's full range of biometric solutions.
Inside the exhibition hall, customers experienced the palm vein payment device—a simple gesture to complete millisecond-level identity verification and payment confirmation, completely contactless and requiring no cards or mobile phones; the facial recognition attendance and access control system—supporting accurate recognition and liveness detection in various lighting conditions; the multi-functional attendance terminal—integrating multiple recognition methods such as face, fingerprint, palm vein, iris, QR code, and IC card, flexibly adapting to different scenarios; the turnstile access control system—suitable for physical protection and personnel management in high-security locations; and the mobile fingerprint attendance terminal—a portable Bluetooth fingerprint device designed specifically for outdoor and dispersed work scenarios.
Customers showed great interest in palm vein recognition technology, personally experiencing the entire process from data entry to recognition, and highly praised its contactless, high-precision, and anti-counterfeiting features. Both parties also discussed specific needs such as application adaptation for Saudi Arabian local scenarios, product appearance customization, and software interface language (Arabic).
After the visit, a formal technical exchange meeting was held. HFSecurity's technical team detailed the company's core technological advantages in the biometrics field—over 20 years of R&D and manufacturing experience, full-stack self-developed algorithms, open SDKs and APIs, and end-to-end OEM/ODM customization capabilities from hardware to software.
The Saudi client shared specific needs for high-security biometric solutions in the local market, covering multiple scenarios including financial KYC identity authentication, corporate smart attendance and access control, government digital identity management, and security for large-scale events. Both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on how to combine HFSecurity's mature solutions with the localized needs of the Saudi market. The client highly appreciated HFSecurity's free SDK/API and deep customization services, believing they provided significant flexibility and controllability for future project collaborations.
This visit by the Saudi client marks another important milestone for HFSecurity in its efforts to cultivate the Middle Eastern market. As a biometrics solutions provider with business covering numerous countries and regions globally, HFSecurity has established long-term and stable strategic partnerships with a large number of overseas clients. Previously, the company successfully deployed a palm vein payment solution in Saudi Arabia, receiving positive feedback from local businesses.
