From financial institutions to system integrators, from government projects to enterprise clients, the team adheres to the principle of "face-to-face communication and on-site research," delving into the front lines to understand needs and continuously solidify the foundation for cooperation.
During this trip to Nigeria, the HFSecurity team has visited numerous clients and partners of various types. At each location, the team inspected the operational status of equipment, recorded client user experiences, and engaged in in-depth discussions on product adaptation, technology upgrades, and after-sales service.
In the financial sector, the team visited banks and fintech companies using HFSecurity's identity authentication solution to understand the actual performance of the equipment in counter verification, mobile business development, and payment security authentication. Many clients expressed their approval of the product's recognition accuracy and stability and raised specific requirements regarding API integration, data security, and localized deployment. At the system integrator level, the team held technical exchange meetings with several local partners, engaging in in-depth discussions on topics such as SDK secondary development, multimodal recognition fusion, and integration with existing business systems. Integrators showed great interest in the open interfaces and flexible customization capabilities offered by HFSecurity.

Nigeria is a vast country, and network and power infrastructure in some areas is still underdeveloped. In response to this reality, the team highlighted the device's offline operation capabilities, long-capacity battery life, and encrypted data storage features, which garnered significant attention from government projects and businesses in remote areas.
Listening to customer feedback was a core objective of this visit to Nigeria. The team meticulously recorded customer issues and suggestions for improvement encountered during product use, covering aspects such as software interface language, simplified operation processes, multi-language compatibility, and after-sales response mechanisms. This firsthand feedback will serve as a crucial basis for subsequent product iterations and localized service optimization.
