The client delegation first visited the production workshop and quality inspection center, observing the assembly and testing processes of fingerprint attendance machines, facial recognition terminals, and palm vein devices. From core component processing and module debugging to overall machine aging inspection, each process is equipped with strict operating procedures and records. The clients paid particular attention to the reliability verification of the equipment under high temperature and humidity environments, expressing their approval of the factory's "every unit must be inspected" quality control standards. Both parties also exchanged views on customization needs such as multilingual interfaces and integration with the school's existing academic affairs system.
After the production line visit, product experience, and solution exchange, the customer fully affirmed HFSecurity's manufacturing capabilities and customized services. Both parties immediately established a cooperation framework: HFSecurity will customize a batch of attendance prototypes for initial pilot testing based on the school size and functional requirements provided by the client; after successful pilot testing, the system will be gradually rolled out to multiple schools in the client's country. The client stated that this on-site factory visit demonstrated the true capabilities of the source factory and expressed their anticipation for a long-term partnership.
